Funding – African Research Leaders

Funded by the medical research council, GB this supports health research and the strengthening of research leadership across sub-Saharan Africa (SSA). The aim to attract and retain rising star early and mid-career researchers based in African Universities or research institutes who will lead high quality research on key global health issues pertinent to SSA. Awards provide support for up to 5 years and for a maximum of £750,000 in total. Closing date is 1^st December 2022.
